My Personal Protection /Law Enforcment Dog Training Mission
I have many dog-related missions. This is my protection dog training mission.
We can simulate and train the best technique for "one-punch winning" or Ikken Hissatsu but to simulate the real emotions of the real fight is difficult. We are coming close in real contact sports competitions like boxing, MMA, or Judo. That is why competition in these sports is so important. Part of the training. I 100% understand all this. To a great degree, that is why I respect when Law Enforcement Officers say: "You are not a cop, so you do not understand." That is why I always communicate with Law Enforcement Officers and special military operators worldwide about their experiences and run my training techniques by them. Also, I have been "there" myself several times, so I understand how it feels to be attacked in anger. But there are two parts to this. So, on the other hand, what I am saying is that one must also know how to train for these situations. That is where the dog trainers who REALLY know the dogs come in. If they teach techniques that do not have Ikken Hissatsu on their minds, they fail the K9 team. I do not give a rat's ass what the attorneys are saying if their saying endangers the K9 team. All I want is to teach the correct techniques that, BY THEIR NATURE, if applied in combat or fight, will not, by their nature, backfire on a K9 team and will enable them to win as effectively and as efficiently as possible. I do not take this lightly and make sure that my ego does not EVER get in my "way" to do so. It is a constant effort of mine. I am not just a teacher, but foremost I am a student of this.
The best samurai ever, Miyamoto Musashi, fought and won more than 60 life-or-death duels and ended his career undefeated, and died of natural causes. He practiced from childhood with his father. At 13 years, he won his first life or death duel and every duel after that. Why? Because his approach was impeccable. I am saying that in every combat type training - which personal protection training of a dog is - one must first learn the correct techniques conducive to victory. Such must become part of you. Without such techniques, all we have is only a dangerous fallacy. This is the essence of ALL I am trying to teach. At the end of this post, I will say that we all need to be able to discern and differentiate techniques that are taught just because: "They all are doing it that way" and are popular for that reason and because they do not raise controversy, in contrast to the pure effort to teach to win, just like Musashi developed an unorthodox but superior method of fighting with two swords. I am just trying humbly to follow these principles.
